| 摘 要： | 本文研究了必需元素Ｚｎ及非必需元素Ｐｂ对菲律宾蛤仔的急性毒性作用，得到Ｚｎ对其的４８ｈＬＤ５０和９６ｈＬＤ５０分别为１４７．９１、１６．４０ｍｇ／ｄｍ＾３；Ｐｂ对其的４８ｈＬＤ５０和９６ｈＬＤ５０分别为３１．６２、１４．２８ｍｇ／ｄｍ＾３。估算得到Ｚｎ、Ｐｂ对菲律宾蛤仔的安全浓度分别为０．８２、０．７１ｍｇ／ｄｍ＾３。

| Abstract: | Acute toxicity of zinc and lead to Ruditapes philippinarum was studied. Toxicity of Zn2 and Pb2 was evaluated in 48 h and 96 h bioassays. The 48 h LD50 values were 147. 91 mg/dm3 for Zn2 and 31. 62 mg/dm3 for Pb2 ; the 96 h LD50, values were 16. 40 mg/dm3 for Zn2 and 14. 28 mg/dm3 for Pb2 . Thg safe concentration of Zn2 and Pb2 for Ruditapes philippinarum was also estimated, to be 0. 82 mi/dm3 and 0. 71mg/dm3 respectively. |
