| 摘 要： | 文章在对中国的城市化历史进程概括总结的基础上，把中国城市化划分为两个历史阶段，详细分析了中国城市化的现状及存在的主要问题，诸如城市化水平较低、区域差异较大、城市基础设施薄弱等，明确了中国城市化必须走多元化发展的道路，最后提出了进一步提高城市化水平的措施及对策。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the situation and problems of urbanization on the basis of the history course of urbanization in China, divides the urbanization in China into two historic phases, and analyzes in detail the present condition and principal problems of urbanization in China such as lower urbanization level, distinctive regional differences, and weak city infrastructure installations. Then makes clear that urbanization in China must follow a many-faceted way. Finally the paper puts forward the measures and countermeasures which can raise the level of the urbanization in China. |
