椎管内肿瘤的高场MRI诊断

摘    要:目的:观察市场MRI地椎管内病变的诊断价值和影像特点。方法:回顾分析25例椎客内肿瘤(髓内肿瘤7便,髓外人肿瘤11例,硬膜外肿瘤7例)。结果:肿瘤最长径0.3 ̄11cm,改天在颈胸段肿瘤(17例)定位准确率为100%,但马尾部肿瘤起地髓内外的判断有有一定的困难(75%),对椎管内肿瘤及明确病史转移瘤的定性确率达84%。增强扫描有助于反映出椎管肿瘤特征及与周围结构关系。:结论:高场MR濉有更高的组织

Abstract:purpose; To evaluate the diapnostic significance of the spinal tumors at high magnetic field magnetic resonance imaging. Material and Mothods: 25 cases of spinal tumours proved surgically were reviewed .All patients were measured at 1.5 Tesla magnetic resonance system. The sites of the tumours were intramedullla (7 cases), intradural extramedulla (11 cases),and epidura (7 cases). Results: The longest diametor of the tumours was 0.3 tO 11 cm, the orientation diagnosis of tumours of cervical and thoracic spine was 100% (17/17), but the origin of caudal spinal tumors could be hard distinguished by the imaging appearance (6/8). The specific diagnostic rate of the spinal tumors was 84%(21/25). Gadolinium-DTPA (Gd-DTPA) enhancement was very helpful to delineate the characteristics of the tumors and the relationship of the adjacent tissue. Conclusions high magnetic field MR can offer higher signal to noise ratio,a higher soft- tissue resolution, and versatility of image function, can further improve the diagnostic level of the spinal tumors.
