摘    要:文章利用20世纪90年代初期、中期和末期全国1:100000土地利用动态变化数据提取城镇用地动态变化数据,利用单元自动机和人工神经网络模型对全国城镇用地进行了区划.在此基础上,研究了90年代两个阶段中国城镇用地时空格局.研究表明:90年代前5年东部沿海地区受经济高速发展和开放政策的影响,城镇用地扩展迅速,中西部地区城镇用地扩展较慢;90年代后5年国家加大了耕地资源保护力度,在政府宏观调控政策和耕地资源保护条例的影响下,东部沿海地区城镇用地扩展大幅回落,中部地区城镇扩展也有较大幅度回落,西部地区随着经济发展加快,城镇用地扩展回落较小.

THE TEMPORAL-SPATIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF URBAN LAND IN CHINA IN 1990S BY REMOTE SENSING AND GIS

Abstract:Urban land zoning was finished with CA ANN model using 1∶100 000 land use vector,topography,slope data sets. The paper studied the temporal spatial characteristics of Chinese urban land in 1990s using urban land percentage,urban and expansion index. During 1900~1995,urban land expanded 28.55%. It concentrated in Hainan,Beijing Tianjin Tangshan,Yangtz River Delta and Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration. The eastern area took up 77.35% of the total urban growth in the early five years because the favorable open policies encouraged the economic development. The real estate spurred in Guangdong and Hainan provinces. However,the middle and western area took up only 22.65% with the lower economic growth rate. Urban land expanded in eastern area more quickly than that in the middle and western area in the first five years. During 1996~2000,urban growth in China was only 4.67%. Urban land in eastern area was slower and took up 49.88% of the total urban growth in the late five years due to the implementation of macro adjustment policies and the cropland protection law. They controlled the out of order urban encroachment on the cropland. However,urban growth in middle and western area kept stable in the late five years. Their economy developed more quickly and more capital was invested in the infrastructure and ecological construction in this area,hence the macro adjustment had less impact in the middle and western area.
