摘    要:利用反映震级-频度关系的参量C值,η值,b值和b值谱以及反映地震空间分布的森下指等研究了近海地震活动的一些主要特征,发现近海强震前地震活动性指标及图象的变化特征与陆地上强震前的特征存在一定差异;给出了新研究的可用于近海及滨海地区强震预报的短期和临震

Abstract:By using the Parameters c- value, b- value and b-value spectrum reflecting the magnitudefrequency relation and the Morishita index reflecting the spatial distribution of earthquakes, the characteristics of nearmarine seisndcity in Japan and China have been researched. The result shows that the variations of seisndcity Parameters and patterns before neartnarine strong earthquakes may differ from those of continental earthquakes to a degree. Acording to the latest research, the dynamic characteristics of seisndc waves and whcropeism including their rectilinearihes of waveform and a series of parameters of frequency spetrum of nearmarine earthquakes are given, which may be applied to the earthquake prediction. The result obtained from the Huanghai subynarine earthquake (Ms=6. 2) and Liyang nearmarine earthquake (Ms=6. 0) shows that these dynamic characteristics came out remarkable short-term (in several months) and impending (in 9 days) precursory anomalies before strong nearmarine and submarine earthquake. Some latest results obtained after studying submarine microquake activity revealed by the OBS oborvation in Japan are given too.
