| 摘 要： | 太谷县地质构造条件复杂，地质灾害破坏严重，随着地区的经济发展，其城镇建设与地质灾害之间的矛盾日益突出。调查显示，太谷县发育地质灾害92处，区内地裂缝占灾害点总数46．7％，主要发育于平原区；不稳定斜坡占灾害点总数32．6％，滑坡占灾害点总数12．0％，且80％为土质滑坡；泥石流以沟谷型为主，占灾害点总数5．4％；崩塌占灾害点总数3．3％。论文研究了区内地质灾害的基本发育特征及其诱发因素。依据地质灾害防治评估划分原则，对不同类型地质灾害按轻、重、缓、急进行分期防治，对重要地质灾害采取具有针对性的工程措施治理。结合地质灾害调查分析，提出了建立群测群防网络、因地制宜、因灾设防等防治对策，为增加防灾减灾效益、环境效益及经济效益提供有力的保证。

| Abstract: | The geologic structure condition is complex and the disaster destroys is serious in Taigu County. With the local economical development, the contradiction between city construction and the geological disasters is prominent increasingly. The investigation shows that there are 92 geological hazards, including 43 land fractures, occupying 46.7 %, lying in the land fracture of plain; 30 unstable slopes, occupying 32.6 % ; 11 landslides, occupying 12 %, of which 80% are soil slope landslides; 5 debris flows, occupying 5.4%, and 3 collapses, occupying 3.3%. This paper has studied the basic developing characteristics and inducing factors of the geological disasters in Taigu County. According to the division principle of geo-hazards prevention and controlling evaluation, the paper proposes to adopt special project measures to contral serious disasters in term of the different types in four stages. Based on investment analysis, it also brings up countermeasures such as the network establishment of prevention, special ways for the different disasters, providing a powerful guarantee for disasters prevention and reduction, increasing the benefit of the environment and economy. |
