| Abstract: | On March 3 and 25,2002, the two destructive earthquakes of magnitudes 7.3 and 6.2 occurred in Hindu Kush region,Afghnistan,resulting in great losses of life and property.Some information data about the earthquakes are outlined in this paper,including focal parameters,moment tensor solution,earthquake disasters,disaster relief and assistance,as well as background of earthquake occurrence. |
