摘    要:地理信息数据处理技术的自动化和智能化是构建信息化测绘生产技术体系的关键技术之一。本文以DEM、DOM、DLG、DRG产品(即4D产品)的航测生产与管理过程为对象,从生产与管理和质量控制的网络化、数据传输的智能化、技术流程的一体化、数据处理的自动化、生产作业的规模化等方面,研究了面向信息化测绘的航测生产技术体系相关流程改造、关键技术解决思路、业务系统构建方式。并通过甘肃省地图院信息化航测生产技术体系应用示范基地建设项目的生产试验和规模化的生产运行,提出了可进行推广的解决方案。

Abstract:The automatization and the intellectualization of GIS data processing is the key technique in constructing systematized techniques of the informatization of aerial survey production.The author takes the aerial survey production and its management process in producing 4D production (DEM、DOM、DLG、DRG) as the objects,and studies how to rebuild the flow in the systematized techniques of informatization of aerial survey production,how to construct the operation system for the informatization of aerial survey production and its key solutions.The paper will be illustrated trough the five aspects:the latticing of aerial survey production,management and its production quality control,the intellectualization of data transmission,the integration of technical flow,the automatization of data processing,and the macro-scale operations of production.The paper presents the propagable solutions to the systematized techniques and the operation system construction for the informatization of aerial survey production,and demonstrates them through the production testing and the scale production run in the Gansu Province Mapping Institute project.
