| 摘 要： | 根据防洪影响评价有关规范，对输油管道穿越黄河河道处河势演变情况、主河槽摆动范围、主河槽及滩地冲刷深度等进行深入分析．提出管道穿越河道改造工程有关技术指标，就管道穿越工程对黄河的防洪影响做出综合评价并提出有关防治措施。

| Abstract: | According to norms of flood impact assessment,and analysis on the evolution condition,the scope of the main channels swing,the main river and beach erosion depth when pipeline through the Yellow river,technical indicators of pipeline crossing the river are put forward in this paper.Comprehensive evaluation and relative prevention countermeasures of the project when pipelines crossing the Yellow River,and effects to flood control are put forward. |
