| 摘 要： | 地名地址数据库属于智慧城市建设中重要的软基础设施之一,但是如何保障这个数据库的现势性,为政务和公众应用提供一个全面、准确、能及时更新的地名地址数据库,一直是个难题。根据厦门市地名地址数据库建设的实践经验,提出了数据动态更新的方法——基于业务驱动的数据动态更新策略,即将地名地址数据库的维护和更新与日常办公业务和工作流机制结合起来,保障数据的及时更新。

| Abstract: | In wisdom city construction,the database of toponymy and address is one of the most important soft infrastructure,how to guarantee the dynamic update of this database,and provide a comprehensive,accurate,real time address database for the government and the public,is always a difficult problem.This paper puts forward a method of real-time database updating,according to the construction experience of the address database in Xiamen City,which is a database updating strategy driven by the business,it puts the following three together,database maintenance and updating,the daily office operations and workflow mechanism,and ensures the timely updating of database. |
