| 摘 要： | 阐述了结合WebGIS技术管理并利用地下管线信息的重要意义，提出了基于ArcGIS和Silverlight的城市管线WebGIS设计方案，利用ArcGIS API for Silverlight及Silverlight SDK开发了实际应用系统，即天津市静海县城区地下管线信息管理系统。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the significance of management and using pipeline information with WebGIS are expained. And the design of WebGIS for urban pipeline based on ArcGIS and Sil- vedight was offered. And then, using ArcGIS API for Silverlight and Silverlight SDK, a prototype, the managing system of urban pipeline information for Jinghai County, Tianjin City, is implemented. |
