| 摘 要： | 城市轻轨已经是世界城市公共交通发展的一个主要方向，也是许多城市解决交通问题的一个有效手段。昆明作为云南省的省会，也是中国的特大城市之一，随着人口的增加，交通拥挤和居民出行不便已经严重制约了城市的发展。昆明拥有几段即将废弃的城中铁路，大部分位于一环路外围，改造城中铁路为城市轨道交通，将有利于昆明城市的可持续发展。基于此，通过对昆明市城中铁路现状的分析，结合昆明实际情况和国内外实践经验，权衡昆明市米轨铁路改造成轻轨的利弊，进而提出几种改造方案。

| Abstract: | Urban rail communication has become a main means of urban public traffic system in the world, and it is also used as a effective way to alleviate urban traffic jam problem. Kunming is metropolis of Yunnan Province. With population increasing, development of Kunming has been seriously restricted by traffic jam and commuter in- convenience. There a railway in city of Kunming, and it will not be use after several years. The railway is located near the first ring road. If the railway can be reconstructed into light rail, development of Kunming traffic will be more sustainable. So we analyze situation of city railway in Kunming and consider the experience of other places in China and foreign countries. We make out three projects and ponder the gain and loss of them. |
