| Abstract: | The results of dislocation etch pit studies of naturally and experimentally deformed galena single and polycrystals are presented. The etch pitting is simple, inexpensive, rapid and reveals dislocation substructures similar to those found in metals and ceramics. Both {110} < 1
0 > and {100} < 110 > type slip systems have been found in naturally and experimentally deformed galena. |
