摘    要:Effect of sulfate- and nitrate-reducing bacteria, heterotrophic bacteria and natural mi-crobiota on corrosion of 5 metal materials in an imitated marine environment were prelimi-narily studied. Abstract:Effect of sulfate- and nitrate-reducing bacteria, heterotrophic bacteria and natural microbiota on corrosion of 5 metal materials in an imitated marine environment were preliminarily studied. The experimental results showed that, in sea mud, corrosion rates for 4of the 5 metals were actively correlative with the numbers of sulfate-reducing bacteria, and in heterogeneous phase medium consisting of sea mud-water or sea mud-water-air, the electrochemical corrosion caused by the heterogeneity of medium around the metals was to a certain extent inhibited owing to microbial attachment to the parts of the metals which were exposed to liquid phase. Thus, the microbiota corrosion of metal exposed to heterogeneous medium was mainly controlled by the organisms. The "R" value which may be sueful to evaluate the effect of medium heterogeneity on corrosion was mentioned as well.
