| 摘 要： | 农业结构调整的社会支持体系主要包括人口计划与素质保障体系、农业技术推广体系和农业保险体系这三个方面的内容。文章在分析湖北省洪灾区目前在上述三个方面所存在问题的基础上，提出了完善该区农业结构调整社会支持体系的建议：控制人口增长，提升人口素质，优化人口结构；构建农业技术推广新体系；积极推进农业保险。

| Abstract: | The social supporting systems of agricultural structure adjustment consists of the assuring system of population quantity and quality, the agricultural technology popularizing system and the agriculture insurance system. On the basis of disclosing the problems which exist in the social supporting systems of agricultural structure adjustment in flood area of Hubei province, this paper puts forward three respects of suggestion: controlling the growth of population quantity, promoting the level of population quality, optimizing the population structure, establishing the new system of agricultural technology popularizing, pushing actively on the agriculture insurance system. |
