| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了西藏国土资源管理工作面临的困难,已经有了建设信息网络系统需求。在此需求基础上建设信息网络系统。接着介绍了此系统三个主要组成部分的设计和建设,分别是局域网络系统设计和建设、信息系统设计和建设、安全策略设计和建设。最后阐述了建立此系统得出的结论。
