摘    要:传统方式下的控制资料在数据获取、同名点选取、成果管理与社会化共享等方面均在不同程度上影响着遥感产业化应用的效率和质量。覆盖全国的多级、多分辨率控制点图形图像数据库的建设与应用,将大幅度提高控制资料的管理水平和应用效率。本文首先介绍控制点图形图像数据库的概念;其次按照数据库建设工艺流程分别详细阐述数据源选择标准、控制点采集技术指标、数据库建立与管理模式、数据库应用方法、数据库共享机制等;最后总结控制点数据库建设与应用中存在的问题与展望。

Abstract:Traditional control material's acquisition,selechion,management and sharing can not meat the need of application of remote sensing technology at its quality and efficiency now. It will make it better when the database for graphic and image control points covering whole of China is created. The concept of graphic and image control point is introduced firstly in this article. And the standard of data source selection and control points selection, the model of database creation and management, the method of database application and sharing will be followed. At the last of this article, problems and prospect of this databaseare are also dissussed.
