摘    要:本文根据大亚湾50个站底栖生物生态调查资料,对孔径1mm和0.5mm筛网中多毛类的种类数、主要种、平均密度、平均生物量进行比较分析。结果表明,孔径1mm的为14种/站、9种、110个/m~2和8.03g/m~2,而0.5mm为22种/站、12种、216个/m~2和0.71g/m~2;1mm筛网多毛类密度(X)与0.5mm的密度(Y)呈线性正相关关系,其回归方程为:Y=0.93X+113.77;在估算海域生产力中,应当使用0.5mm孔径筛网。

Abstract:This paper makes a comparison and analysis of sampling results of benthic polychaeta by using 1mm and 0.5mm sieves. The results are as follows:1. Species number of the same sample differs greatly in two kinds of sieves. The species number is 14 species/station in 1mm sieve and 22 species/station in 0.5mm sieve on an average.2. There is a large difference in main species. There are 9 main species in 1mm sieve and 12 main species in 0.5mm sieve. Among these, the common ones are Aglaophamus dibranchis, A. lyrochaeta and Linopherus hirsuta (larvae only, in 0.5mm sieve).3. The average density of polychaeta is 110 ind. /m~2, and 216 ind. /m~2 in 0.5mm sieve. The density in 0.5mm sieve(X)and that in 1mm sieve(Y) shows a linear positive correlation. The regression equation is Y=0.93X+113.77.4. The average biomass of polychaeta is 8.03g/m~2 in 1mm sieve and 0.71g/m~2 in 0.5mm sieve.The above shows that the sampling results of benthic polychaeta vary with the size of sieve used, especially in species number and density. We suggest to use 0.5mm sieve in estimating productivety.
