| 摘 要： | 温室效应和全球变化是当前人类面临的重大全球性环境问题，当今世界正在大力进行研究的未来１０－１００ａ内可能发生人类有史以来未经历过的全球气候和环境的巨大变化，将使现有若干铁路面临着冰川、多年冻土加剧退缩和海平面上升等过程的严峻挑战。

| Abstract: | At the present, human have to face the problem of greenhouse effect and global change. The great change of global climate and environment which may occur in future 10 to 100 years will make many existing railway lines suffered from degradation of glaciers and permafrost and rising of sea level and to on. Based on avaliable information, the paper reviews the effect of degadation of glaciers and permafrost on railways. |
