| 摘 要： | 基础地理信息数据库建设为测绘数据的应用提供了良好的基础,基础地理信息数据的利用及后续产品的开发是一个亟待解决的重要课题。为此,文章提出电子地图制图工程建设,即基于基础地理信息数据库进行电子地图制图及应用系统的研究与开发,并结合当前信息技术不断发展的状况,对电子地图制图工程的建设目标、主要内容和关键技术进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The smooth progress in the database construction of national fundamental geographic information provides good basis for the application of surveying and mapping data. Therefore the utilization of fundamental geographic data and the development of derived product is an urgent task. Electronic Mapping Engineering(EME), i.e., Studying and developing electronic mapping and application system based on fundamental geographic database is a feasible way to reach the objective. In this paper the construction objective, main contents and key technologies are investigated regarding the situation of current information technology development. |
