| Abstract: | According to short-term and impending precursor behavior furnished by examples of
earthquake as a whole, a technica decision of short-term and impending earthquake pre-
diction by dynamic following has been generalized, and some sign of short-term and im-
pending stage, expected anomalies and following methods etc. have been also given in this
paper. Taking account of completeness making policy, we present contents about confirm-
ing medium term anomaly again and administrative intervention etc. during policy decision. |
