摘    要:随着气象业务现代化发展,精细化天气分析需求越来越大,主要体现在更高的时空分辨率和更为丰富的资料内容上。利用NCEP/FNL 1°×1°间隔6 h再分析资料,通过GrADS绘图,运用批处理和VB语言编写自动化处理程序,可迅速还原历史天气形势,生成如全风速脉动、湿位涡等非常规诊断物理量,对MICAPS起到有效补充。同时集成欧洲中心细网格及T639模式预报部分产品,其中EC模式2 m温度及逐6 h降水预报以一维折线叠加柱状图呈现,使用起来更为直观方便; T639模式时序图则以剖面显示预报时段的相对湿度场、风场、温度场及垂直速度场,为业务人员制作预报及对外服务提供依据。程序操作简单,易于维护,解决了资料时间和数据自动识别的难点,具有资料批量下载、总控文件规范生成的优点和依照需求实现多要素、多层次资料叠加显示的功能。出图迅速且丰富,能帮助预报人员从多个角度了解强降水天气过程的成因及特点,提升了撰写技术总结效率。产品均以图片形式分类储存,方便共享给基层测报人员使用,为县(市)气象台站进行技术总结交流提供技术支撑。

Abstract:With the development of meteorological modernization, there is a growing demand of refined weather analysis, which is mainly reflected in the higher spatial and temporal resolution and more plenty of data. Using the NCEP/FNL reanalysis data (1°×1°, 6 h interval), the Automatic Drawing Chart Program is written by GrADS, batch processing and VB language. It could restore the historical weather situation quickly, calculating the wind velocity fluctuation, MPV et al, and provide effective supplements of MICAPS. At the same time, the program integrates some products of ECMWF and T639, while the EC model 2 m temperature and 6 h precipitation forecast are presented in one dimensional polyline overlay histogram chart, and T639 model time series plot are presented the relative humidity, wind field, temperature field, and vertical velocity field in section. It could provide effective supplementary material for business people to make forecast and provide service. The program is easy to operate and maintain which can download, decode, read, calculate and output the data automatically. More importantly, it could be written according to individual needs, update and share at any time. Therefore it can help forecasters to understand the causes and characteristics of severe weather process from multi angle view. The products are sorted and stored in picture type, which is convenient to share with the grass root personnel, and provide technical support for the city and county meteorological station stuff in technical summary.
