摘    要:实验选择了最佳仪器工作条件,比较了不同载流酸对荧光强度的影响,用L-半胱氨酸-硫脲-酒石酸混合溶液消除干扰.本法检出限0.08μg/g(n=12),8个土壤标样的RSD为4.8%~9.6%(n=12),ΔtgC为0.002~0.015,此法可满足化探分析的要求.

Abstract:To shoose suitable determination conditions for apparatus,effect of some reaction acid concentration the fluorescence signal were compared.Elimination of interference from some ions by L-cysteine–thiourea-tartaric acid solution,detection limit of the method is 0.08μg/g(n=12) for germanium,RSD is 4.8-9.6%(n=12) for germanium in 8 kinds soil national geological standard samples,togC is 0.002-0.015.The method is suitable for the determination in geological-chemical samples.
