| 摘 要： | 城市勘测单位拥有所在城市丰富的地理数据和信息等核心资源,大多都拥有一支很有战斗力的勘测人才队伍。由于传统勘测业务日趋饱和,因此需要开辟新的业务领域和寻找新的利润增长点。在进行结构调整和产业转型的过程中,如何围绕核心资源,合理调配人力资源和采用适合自身发展的技术并建立自身的核心技术,从而最终形成自身的核心竞争力,是一个值得深入探讨的问题。

| Abstract: | Urban exploration and survey unit have abundant core resource , such as geographical data and information, and have a strong competent team. Because the tradition business is saturated gradually, so they must develop the new realm and look for the new profits growth point. While adjusting the structure and transforming industries, how to build the core technology and core competence by using adequately the core resource and dispensing reasonable human resource, is a problem worthy to be study. |
