| 摘 要： | 选址工程是旅游度假区开发的一个重要的复杂系统,选址的科学与否直接关系到旅游度假区开发建设的成败。度假区开发的选址涉及到投资商的营销策略,市场区的经济特征、交通特征,所选择区位的自然条件、历史文化背景、人文景观、政府决策行为、居民的态度等。这些影响因子用传统的管理方法根本无法分析,因此必须考虑引用近年来发展的一门新兴技术—地理信息系统,来为旅游度假区的选址工程提供辅助决策,提高度假区选址决策制定的准确性。

| Abstract: | It's a vital question to choose sites for developing resorts scientifically.Choosing sites for developing resorts refers to investors' business strategy,social and economical charaeteristie of marketplace,accessibility of marketplace,tourist location's natural condition,history-culture background,government decision-making behavior,and residents' attitude,and so on.These factors are unable adequately to be analyzed by conventional methods,it is necessary to adopt a new technology-geographical information system (GIS),so as to support decision-making on choosing sites for developing resorts and help to improve the results. |
