Abstract:In order to unify existed foundation geographical information data under the new datum,we designed the coordinate transformation flow between vector data and raster data, and developed a software to achieve high??precision coordinate conversion for shp format and tif format images on the base basis of GDAL. Experiments show that the results transformation image data are consistent with the accurate known data, which can be concluded that the methods are correct and useful.
