摘    要:运用聚丙烯酰胺垂直梯度凝胶电泳法对褐点石斑鱼7种组织(眼睛、肌肉、心脏、肝脏、肾脏、尾鳍、脾脏)的4种同工酶(EST、SOD、LDH、MDH)进行了初步研究。结果表明:褐点石斑鱼的4种同工酶系统具有不同程度的组织特异性。EST由4个基因位点编码,具有多态性现象;肌肉SOD与其它组织SOD有明显差异;眼睛LDH酶谱酶带最多;MDH具有线粒体型(m-MDH)和上清液型(s-MDH)两种类型。

Abstract:Four isozymes (EST, SOD, LDH and MDH) from seven tissues (eye, muscle, heart, liver, kidney, caudal fin and spleen) of E. fuscoguttatus were preliminarily studied by using vertical polyacrylamide gel gradient electrophoresis. The results showed that the four isozymes presented the tissue specificityto varying degrees. The number of EST isoenzyme bands was 15 EST, which was encoded by 4 loci, and had strong polymorphism. EST-5 ,EST-9, EST-10 and EST-15 existed in all 7 tissues. The number of SOD isoenzyme bands was 19 and the band model was different from many fish. SOD in muscle was very special. LDH isoenzyme bands were few. The most specific LDH was in eye that had 7 isoenzyme bands and was encoded by 2 loci. Two types of MDH (m-MDH and s-MDH) were found from E. fuscoguttatus. The isoenzyme bands of m-MDH-1 - m-MDH-3 also existed in all 7 tissues.
