桑沟湾水域浮游植物的光量子产值

摘    要:于1989-1990年对山东半岛的桑沟湾水域进行了综合调查,利用对自然水域现场测量的方法,对浮游植物兀合色素对光的吸收及其光量子产值进行了4个季度月的测量和计算,目的是研究这种浅海养殖生态系统初级生产过程中的能量流动状况。结果表明,该海区光量子产值的范围为0.189×10-2molC/E-6.019×10-2molC/E;浮游植物吸收的光能占海面总吸收光能的0.9%-5.5%;浮游植物的光利用率为0.026%-0.101%,与其他海区相比,较为偏低。

Abstract:Seasona1 comprehensive investigations for the Sanggou Bay area was carried out by theFirst Institute of Oceanography, State Oceanic Administration in Aug. and Dec. in l989 and Feb.and May in 199(). Sanggou Bay is a culhvation developed shallow water ecosystem. In order tounderstand the situation of light energy transformation in the process of primary production in thiswatcr, based on situ.5ilII measurements, the light absorption and light quantum yield of phytoplanktonin the four n1onths of different seasons were studied. Measurements were carried oot at the No.lo63 station in the middle of the Bay. The "C in silu culture was used to measure the rate ofphotosynthesis and d tuo-channel liquid scintillahon counter was used to detendne the radioachvityof 14C absorbed by the samp1e. Chlorophyll a was measured by spectrophotometry and determinedby Jeffery-Humphrey: equahon.A QSPl7o quanttun meter was used to measure the light intensity. The results show that thelight energy absorbed by phytoplankton takes the O.9%-5.5% of the total energy absorbed on thesea surface, which is much lower than that of the Bohai Sea (1.46%-l l%). The quantum yields ofthis area ranges between o.l89 X 10m and 6.O19 x 10- mol C (mol quantum) - 1, in which theresults of Aug. and Dec. in l989 and Feb. and May in l99O are O.3O2 X 10-6.019 x 10-2,0.566 X 10-1.31 X 10-2, 0.288 X 10-2- 1.65 X 10-2 and o.l89 X 10- 2-0.917 X 10-2 mol C(mol quantum) -1, respechvely. Maximum values appeared in the bottom water in Aug. 1989 andminimum appeared in the surface water in May l99O. The light uhlization efficiency ofphytoplankton ranges from o.O26% to 0.101% which is at the lower end of O.0l%-1.O% determinedby Morel (1978) for eastem Pacific waters where the primare produchvity is at a general level. Thelow light utilization efficiency accounts for the cultivation of marine organisms in a high densitywhich must have an effect on the light transmission under water.
