| 摘 要： | 本文详细介绍了奇台县地下水区域水文地质条件、地下水资源及地下水开发利用概况，通过大量事实，深刻阐述了奇台县在开发利用地下水资源过程中存在的主要问题，指出由这些问题引起地下水位大范围下降、水量超采，使自然生态遭到破坏，而且严重制约着该县农业可持续发展的严重后果。针对这些问题，提出了对策及建议。

| Abstract: | The writers introduce in details the local hydro-geography conditions, ground water resources and general situation of its development and utilization, point out and analysis existed problems and their fateful consequences in the process of development and utilization through plenty of examples, such as large decline of groundwater level, unbalanced ecology due to over-tapping, which has been laying restraints on sustainable development of local agriculture. Eventually the writers set forth the suggestions and counter measures against such problems. |
