摘    要:痛风是一种由于尿酸盐晶体沉积导致的、以关节红肿热痛为急性表现的、可往慢性发展的代谢性疾病。长期反复发作可伴发多种严重疾病,对健康造成较严重影响。本文介绍双能量CT成像原理在急性痛风中的诊断价值,慢性痛风疗效评估方面的应用潜力,以及目前已知伪影情况和相对应措施。

Abstract:Gout is a kind of metabolic disease caused by the deposition of uric acid crystals, whose acute present as joint redness, swelling, fever and pain.It can develop into a chronic disease.And long-term recurrent attacks may be accompanied by a variety of serious diseases, which can cause severe impacts on health.This article introduces the principle of dual-energy CT imaging, and the diagnostic value of dual-energy CT in acute gout and the potential application in evaluating the efficacy of chronic gout, and the known artifacts and corresponding measures.
