| Abstract: | Advantages and disadvantages of 2D GIS and 3D simulation are introduced,the dynamic response between 2D GIS and 3D simulation is put forward,which combines the advantages of both the two technologies and overcomes their limitations.The idea of the dynamic response is introduced into irriation MIS and implemented. |
