| 摘 要： | Acrosome reaction in Chinese mitten-handed crab (Eriocheir sinensis) can be induced artificially by adding egg-water, seawater, or CaCl2 solution. The results show that conditions such as physiological maturity, presence of self-species egg or Ca++, alkalinity, or contact, are necessary for the initiation of acrosome reaction. But Ca++ may not be an independent agent and the degree of maturity can also affect the induced rate of acrosome reaction. Higher induced rates can be obtained from September to next April, the highest being in March.
