摘    要:在我国干旱缺水地区,采用传统的钻探工艺,生产所需的大量用水现场难以满足。论述了一种基于孔内地层水局部循环的新型节水钻探的工作原理,剖析了其理论设计的关键技术,并介绍了该技术在现场的示范应用及所采取的措施。研究表明,这种新型节水钻探设计思路新颖、设备简单,能够节约生产用水90%以上,同时能显著提高钻探效率。

Key points and application of a new water-saving drilling technology

Abstract:In arid areas with water shortage in China,in-situ water can not meet the requirement of great amount of water needed in traditional drilling, so new technology is needed to overcome difficulties caused by water shortage. The paper expounded work principle of a new water-saving drilling technology based on local circulation in down hole, exploded key technologies of theory design, introduced application case of the technology in field, and put forward some concrete measures for solving problems exposed in field test. The study indicates that design of new water-saving drilling is novel and requires only simple devices. The new technology can save more than 90 percent of water and can improve drilling efficiency greatly, has significant economic value and broad application prospect.
