| 摘 要： | 生产力布局是国家或地区发展的重要调控手段,一般以平衡发展理论或者非平衡发展理论为基础,我国的生产力布局多采用非均衡发展模式,并取得了较快的经济增长,但也带来地区差距扩大等问题.在科学发展观和和谐社会建设的要求下,基于可持续发展,以空间均衡的理念为指导,提出能够较好的实现区域经济、社会和生态协调发展的生产力布局模式,并以无锡市为例进行了说明,为新时期的生产力布局提供理论和实践上的借鉴. |

| Abstract: | Framework of productive forces is an important measure to promote economic development which normally according to theory of balance or imbalance. In the past, imbalance theory was widely applied and did great help to economic development. But along with the development many problems such as great economic disparity among regions are emerging. In order to realize harmony development of economy, society and nature, the author provides a theory of spatial balance to guide the framework of productive forces. A practice was accomplished in Wuxi City based on the theory, which may bring great meaning to us in the future. |
