控制点图形图像数据库建设及应用

摘    要:传统以地形图作为校正数据源的做法已经不能够满足高分辨率遥感影像几何精纠正的需求,并在一定程度上影响了遥感技术规模化和产业化应用。通过建立控制点图形图像数据库,不仅可以大幅度提高影像几何纠正精度,还能够改善控制资料的管理水平和应用效率。本文结合河南省平顶山等城市开展的控制点图形图像数据库建设,详细阐述控制点图形图像数据库建设的技术流程、方法和实际应用情况。

Abstract:Traditionally the topographic map is used as the data source for image rectification. Today this method can no longer satisfy the requirement of precise geometric rectification of the high resolution re- mote sensing image. To certain extent, it may obstruct the large-scale and industrialized application of the remote sensing technology. Through constructing the control point database of graph and image, we can not only largely increase the precision of the geometric rectification, but also improve the manage- ment level and application efficiency. By introducing the construction of the control point database in Pingdingshan etc. cities of Henan province, this paper expounds the technical flow, method and applica- tion of the construction of the graph and image control point database.
