| 摘 要： | 依据国家建设城市地价动态监测体系的要求，以济南市地价监测点的布设为数据基础，分析了利用一般方法布设地价监测点存在的问题，试验了利用Voronoi方法对其进行优化的算法思路，利用Voronoi方法对城市地价监测点布设的技术路线及其可行性进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the national requirement of monitoring system for urban land price, authors analyse the problem with the general methods, carry out a new thought and method and technical route which use Voronoi diagram to design the monitoring points of urban land price,and analyse its feasibility.In this paper,based on the investigative data of land price in Jinan urban area,authors test to compare the Voronoi method with the general method, discusses their difference,and educe the resoults that the Voronoi diagram optimum method is better than the general method of national technical criterion. Finally this paper suggests that based on urban land price samples the Voronoi diagram is a feasible method to design the monitoring points of land price according to the number of monitoring points and the requirement of monitoring points function. |
