摘    要:探讨了制约污水作为西部干旱区陆域生态用水的技术因素,这些因素包括:污水未纳入陆域生态用水的范畴,缺少干旱区陆域污水排放标准、干旱区陆域生态用水水质标准和利用污水时污水排放标准和用水标准之间的优先执行原则。

Abstract:The arid regions in west China are sparsely populated, the precipitation is less, the ecological environment is extremely vulnerable, and the economic activities are mainly delimited in the oases. The areas of the oases are continuously enlarged since recent 5 decades, however, the ecological environment out of the oases is increasingly deteriorated, and many environmental problems, such as the shortening of the rivers, shrinkage and dried-up of the lakes, degeneration of the natural vegetation, land desertification and disappearance of the green corridors, are brought about. In this paper, the technical factors restricting the utilization of wastewater consumed for the ecology in arid regions in west China are researched. These factors include that the wastewater is not brought into the water consumption for the ecology in the arid regions, and the standards of draining wastewater and of the water quality consumed for the ecology are not complete.
