| Abstract: | In this paper, it is introduced that the methods of the obtainment of the lasted earthquake information from the real-time earthquakes bulletin web sites and the notification by sound, voice or communications. The information can be sent to the specific group persons by this method, the function and realization of the software are introduced too. |
