| 摘 要： | 通过对2011年濮阳县农村一次雷击事故现场调查,分析和总结了此次雷击的3个原因:1)杨树成为雷击事故接闪点,在雷电发生过程中起到避雷针直接引雷的作用,是发生雷击事故的源头。2)杨树遭雷击后对村民住宅建筑造成雷电反击,当雷击到树木上时,树木上的高电压与附近的房屋、金属物体、电子电气设备之间间隙不够也会发生反击。3)雷电电磁感应引起雷电侵入波造成电气设备损害。此外,分析了当地农村住宅雷电灾害事故发生的主要问题:当地农村住宅大多为自建房,没有经过正规设计和标准化施工,基本没有防直击雷装置,易发生雷电灾害事故;随着农村经济生活水平的提高,电视、电脑、冰箱、空调、家用太阳能热水器等家用电器的推广普及进入寻常百姓家庭,这些电器的电源、信号线路多数是裸露架空引入,线路长且布线不规范,杂乱无章,一般没有任何雷电防护措施,是雷电波侵入的主要通道。因此应加强农村防雷安全监管和防雷宣传工作。

| Abstract: | A lightning accident in the rural of Puyang country in 2011 is analyzed by field investigation, and three reasons are summarized as follows. 1） The source of lightning accident is that the poplar is the lightning flash point. During thunder happening the poplar directly leads lightning as lightning rod. 2） The poplar causes lightning back flashover to residential buildings after lightning strike. Lightning back flashover also can occur when lightning strikes on trees, and the distance between the trees with high voltage and nearby houses, metal objects, electrical and electronic equipment is not enough. 3） Lightning intruding wave caused by lightning electromagnetic induction damages electrical equipments. Furthermore, the main problems of local rural residential lightning accidents are as follows： most of local rural residential buildings are built without formal design and standardization construction, and without direct lightning proof device, so it＇ s easy to occur lightning accident. With the development of rural economy, household appliances as TV, computer, refrigerator, air conditioner, solar water heater and others are commonly used in rural. The power and signal lines of household appliances which are mostly barely, overhead, long, nonstandard, disorder, and generally without lightning protection measures, are the main channel of lightning wave invasion. So some suggestions as strengthening the lightning safety supervision and propaganda were given. |
