摘    要:基于飞机增雨作业过程中空地信息实时传输需求,河南省建设了飞机增雨空地信息传输系统。该系统将北斗卫星系统的通讯功能和GPS卫星系统的定位功能相结合,将作业飞机上采集到的GPS定位信息、温湿度数据及作业信息等通过北斗卫星通讯系统进行传输,并经过计算机处理在GIS电子地图上显示,从而实现了地面作业指挥人员对飞机作业情况及空中水汽情况的实时监控;通过飞行航迹、雷达及MICAPS数据等在系统平台上的叠加显示,使得地面指挥人员能够根据实际情况判断最佳催化高度和区域,并将作业指令实时发送给机上作业人员,实现了作业实时指挥,对减少飞机增雨作业盲目性、提高作业效果具有重要意义。整个系统稳定可靠、使用方便,并且不受时间、距离、地形地域影响,能够实现大范围、多架作业飞机的实时调度指挥,是飞机增雨中一种理想的信息传输系统。

Abstract:Based on the real-time information transmission requirements in the process of airplane precipitation enhancement operation, the information transmission system was constructed in Henan. In this system, the communication function of Beidou satellite system and the positioning function of GPS satellite were combined. Information collected on the airplane, including the GPS positioning informa- tion, temperature and humidity data and the precipitation enhancement operation information were transmitted through Beidou satellite communication system, and then displayed on a GIS electronic map after processed by the computer. In this way, the airplane operation and air vapor condition can be monitored in real time. Through the flight path, radar and MICAPS data overlapping displayed on the system platform, the best catalytic height and area could be determined and the operation instructions could be sent and then instructed real-time, which were important to the reduction of the blindness of airplane operation and to the improvement of the operation effects. The whole system was stable and reliable, easy to use, and was not affected by time, distance, terrain and area, and was an ideal information transmission system in the airplane precipitation enhancement operation.
