| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了WebGIS的构建理论,主要分析了基于WebGIS在气象预报中的应用技术,初步设计了该信息系统的基本框架及其主页面的功能模块,并介绍了各个模块的主要功能。此系统的设计为更好地掌握气象信息提供了有效手段。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduced the construction theory of WebGIS and analyzed the application technology in weather forecasting based on WebGIS. It preliminary designed the fundamental framework and main function module of the information system. It also introduced the main function of each module. The design of the system provided effective method for mastering the meteorological information. |
