摘    要:以昆山市为例,提出了城市公共安全应急值守系统的工作流程,分析了WebGIS在值守系统中的作用及实现方式,实现了多种途径的突发事件地点实时可视化定位及基于定位的公共安全信息的空间分析。

Abstract:Taking Kunshan City for an example,the workflow and the architecture of the emergency response system for urban public security was offered.The role and realization of the WebGIS in the system was analysed,and,real-time and visual posioning based on different ways and related buffer analysis was realized.
