| 摘 要： | 针对当前航空摄影的国土年覆盖率不能满足我国社会、经济和环境可持续发展应用需要的问题 ,回顾和分析了现行的航空摄影规范和技术方案制定的背景 ,以及对当代技术发展的适应性 ,提出了改革航空摄影技术和管理的具体意见和建议 ,包括多层次多波段遥感和数据获取 ;分区、分级组织航空摄影 ;发展影像质量控制技术 ;在航空遥感中采用新型传感器及加强航空摄影的安全和保密等问题。

| Abstract: | Aiming at present land coverage per year using aerial photography could'nt satisfy the requirement for sustainable development of society,economy and environment,This paper reviews and analyses the background when aerial photography norm and technical rules were established.Considering modern technology development,the aerial photography technology and management reform are proposed including:multilever,multi band remote sensing and data collection,region and level divided photography organisation,image quality control technology,adopting the new sensor types as well safety and security in aerial photography. |
