摘    要:沉降监测是建筑物变形监测的重要内容,许多特大异形建筑和大型设备难以安装固定观测设备甚至无法直接接触,因而无法用传统的测量方法(水准测量、全站仪三角高程、GNSS等)进行沉降监测。文中提出一种基于摄影全站仪的建筑物无接触式沉降监测方法,即为普通全站仪加装CCD模块获取长焦影像,利用基于旋转纠正的简易标定法获取影像的内外方位元素,根据加入平面方程约束的摄影测量原理计算监测点三维坐标,采用SIFT算子对各期影像进行监测点特征提取与匹配,计算建筑物各期沉降量。实验结果表明,对于建筑物的沉降量与沉降变化趋势,本文方法与全站仪棱镜实测方法的结果一致。

Abstract:Settlement monitoring is an important part of building deformation monitoring. Many oversized buildings and large equipment are not directly accessible due to the difficulty of installing fixed observation equipment, which are unable to be monitored with traditional methods(levelling, trigonometric levelling, GNSS). This paper presents a contactless settlement monitoring method for buildings based on photographic total station. A CCD module is added to the total station to obtain a telephoto image and acquire the internal and external orientation elements of an image using a simple calibration method based on rotation rectifying, and the 3 D coordinates of the monitoring points are calculated according to the principle of photogrammetry with the constraint of the plane equation. For each period of image, this paper extracts and matches feature points using SIFT operator and calculates the settlement of building. Experimental result shows that this method is consistent with the results of the total station prism measurement method for the building settlement and its trends. Experiment proves the feasibility of the method.
