| 摘 要： | 本文作者认为，除了产业的空间集聚、产业的结构转换、城乡间和城市间的相互作用以及技术进步这些影响全球城市化发展的4大基本动力之外，中国城市化发展还存在着其他独特的因素，其中最为主要的有：行政中心的辐合效用、政策因素、行政区划变动、大型项目建设、外资带动、人口密集区的自发促进和诸如国防、边贸以及旅游等特殊因素的影响等。之后，作者又进一步分析了中国城市化滞后所带来的问题，并提出了推进未来中国城市化发展的若干战略。

| Abstract: | Apart from the four basic driving forces for urbanization process in the whole world (i.e. the spatial aggregation of industries; the economic structural transferring; intensification of urban rural and urban urban interactions and technology progress), the author argued that there do exist some special driving forces for Chinese urbanization process. Among them, the most important ones are: multi effects of the administration centers; policy orientations; changes of administrative regionalization; influence of the giant construction projects; driving forces of foreign investments and some special factors, such as defense requirements, border trading and tourism, etc.. After analyzing the driving forces, the author put forward some strategies for the future development of Chinese urbanization, such as the development of rural enterprises; management of household registration system; management of urban landuse, and etc.. |
