| Abstract: | We introduce the design principles and quality control details of the secondary control network of Xianning nuclear power plant.We analyze the skills in data observing and data processing by static GPS positioning,and give the quality assessment through comparing some corresponding side length made with total-station to baseline made with GPS. |
