| 摘 要： | 房产测绘与信息系统的一体化集成是当前数字房产系统建设的一个迫切需求和必然趋势。本文分析了现有几种测绘模型的现状和不足,提出了一体化集成的模式、内涵及其优越性,并提出了基于组件式GIS技术实现的总体架构和技术路线。本文所述的理论和方法已在杭州和吉林两地得到了成功应用。

| Abstract: | The integration of house property surveying and real estate information system is one of the urgent requirements and inevitable trends in current digital construction. This paper analyzed the current situation and disadvantages of several surveying and mapping types. Then it put forward the pattern, essence and main advantages of integrated house property surveying. It also discussed the ComGIS-based technologies and framework. All about this has been tested to be feasible in the application of Hangzhou and Jilin. |
