5V正极材料LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4的制备及电化学性能研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶-自蔓延燃烧法和固相法制备了LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4,XRD图谱表明由溶胶-凝胶-自蔓延燃烧法得到纯相的LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4,而用固相法制成的LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4中含杂相物质。采用恒流充放电和倍率放电等分析方法对LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4/Li电池进行测试。结果表明溶胶-凝胶-自蔓延燃烧法制备的样品所组装电池放电容量较高,工作电压较高,循环稳定性较好,且倍率性能优良。

Abstract:Two methods are adopted in the synthesis of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4,the sol-gel auto-combustion and solid phase technique.XRD was applied for the structural characterization study of these two samples.The results show that pure phase LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 can be gotten by the former method,while the latter one synthesizes dephasign products.LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4/Li cells were tested by constant current charge/discharge and rate discharge analysis.The cell compounded with sample of sol-gel auto-combustion,presents higher discharge...
