| Abstract: | The paper elucidates the development of the basic recognition and strategy on flood control in China.Based on analysis of characteristics of flood disaster distribution in China and requirement of basic countermeasures of flood control,the author expounded how to construct the flood control system with Chinese features.The important issues,which need to be further studied for the flood control plan,are presented. |
