| Abstract: | The convenient and reliable patrolling and checking system is developed using GPS and GIS technology. This system has been applied to the managemnt of patrolling and checking oil well for DaqQing oil field, and the expected effects is achieved. This system can be also applied to traffic, oil field, forestry, electric power, communication, public security and so on. |
